Joe Zhao is the Founder & Managing Partner at Millennia Capital, based in New York.
Earlier he held roles at the Federal Reserve Board and International Monetary Fund in Washington DC. He also served as a consultant at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group and worked in the Office of Paul A. Volcker, former Federal Reserve Chairman.
